Welcome to Unveil Delhi. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Unveil Delhi website and your booking or participation in experiences offered by Unveil Delhi.
By accessing our website, making a booking or participating in an experience, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Unveil Delhi
Unveil Delhi creates and facilitates local travel experiences, including food tours, heritage walks, spiritual experiences, cultural experiences, sunrise experiences, night experiences, women-only experiences, vegan experiences and private or customised experiences. Some experiences may involve independent hosts, guides, restaurants, venues, transport providers, ticketing providers or other third-party suppliers.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website for fraud, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse content, impersonate another person, submit false information, harass others or violate applicable law.
3. Experience Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure experience descriptions, photographs, prices, schedules, meeting points and inclusions are accurate. Details may change because of weather, traffic, religious or cultural events, venue availability, government restrictions, public holidays, local conditions, transport conditions, safety considerations or supplier availability.
4. Booking
A booking request is not necessarily confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from Unveil Delhi or the applicable booking platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the name, email, phone number, participant count, date, time and other booking information you provide are accurate.
5. Guest Bookings Without an Account
Certain experiences may allow you to book without creating a website account. You are still responsible for providing accurate information necessary to process and deliver the booking.
6. Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on the website are stated in the applicable currency and may vary between experiences. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price shown at the time of booking is the price applicable to that booking. Additional costs may apply where clearly identified as exclusions or optional guest-paid expenses.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Bookings are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Unless a different policy is clearly stated for a particular experience, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
8. Meeting Points and Timing
The booking confirmation or experience page will provide the relevant meeting point and scheduled start time. Guests are responsible for arriving on time. We cannot guarantee that an experience can wait for guests who arrive late.
9. Food, Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Many experiences involve food and beverages. You must inform us before the experience about significant food allergies, dietary restrictions, intolerances or medical dietary requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate information provided in advance, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment where third-party vendors are involved.
10. Alcohol and Intoxication
Some experiences may take place where alcohol is available. Guests must comply with applicable laws and experience-specific rules. We may refuse participation or remove a guest where intoxication creates a safety concern, threatens others or disrupts the experience. No refund is guaranteed in such circumstances.
11. Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward hosts, guides, other guests, local residents, religious communities, venue staff, drivers and vendors. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, sexual misconduct, abusive behaviour, intentional property damage or illegal activity.
12. Religious and Cultural Sites
Some experiences visit temples, mosques, gurdwaras, shrines or other culturally significant places. Guests may be required to follow local rules concerning clothing, footwear, photography, food, alcohol, conduct and entry procedures.
13. Age Requirements
Certain experiences may have minimum age requirements. Where no specific requirement is stated, children may participate only where accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
14. Safety
Travel and local experiences involve inherent risks including walking, traffic, crowded areas, food consumption, weather, water activities, public transport, uneven surfaces and other ordinary travel conditions. Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care and following safety instructions.
15. Medical Conditions and Personal Responsibility
Unveil Delhi does not provide medical advice or medical supervision. Guests are responsible for determining whether an experience is appropriate for their circumstances and should contact us before booking if a medical condition, serious allergy or mobility limitation could affect participation.
16. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their belongings. Unveil Delhi is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Photography and Content
Unveil Delhi or its hosts may occasionally take photographs or videos during experiences for operational, documentation or promotional purposes. Where identifiable guests are intended to be prominently featured in promotional content, we will seek appropriate permission where required. If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography, please tell your host or contact us.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on the Unveil Delhi website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Unveil Delhi. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
19. Third-Party Services
Some experiences depend on independent third parties such as restaurants, food vendors, transport providers, ticketing providers, venues, local guides and activity providers. Where third-party terms apply, guests may also be required to comply with them.
20. Changes to Experiences
We may modify an experience where reasonably necessary because of weather, safety concerns, venue closures, government restrictions, religious or cultural events, traffic, transport disruptions, supplier availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
21. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, venue closures and major infrastructure failures.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unveil Delhi will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of our website or participation in an experience. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
23. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Unveil Delhi harmless from claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, intentional or negligent damage to property, violation of another person’s rights or misuse of the website or services.
24. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
25. Third-Party Booking Platforms
If you book through another platform, marketplace, travel agency or booking partner, your booking may also be subject to that platform’s terms, payment rules and cancellation procedures.
26. Complaints and Disputes

27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws, disputes relating to these Terms or services provided by Unveil Delhi shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
